Our Home
Historic Perkins Place

Perkins Place is emblematic
of both our pride in the city’s
history and our commitment
to its future. One of the city’s
finest architectural
structures, Perkins Place
was built in 1830 as the home
of prominent local
businessman Albert Keith.
When we purchased the
building in 1997, we
undertook a careful and
extensive renovation that
sought to restore the building
to its original grandeur and
contribute to the revitalization
of Brockton’s Main Street
Corridor.  Our efforts were
recognized in 1998 with a
Plymouth County
Renaissance Award for
excellence in commercial
renovation.  But more
importantly, we’ve been able
to preserve an important
symbol of our city’s past that
we are honored to have as
our company home.
